Company will call you and try to get you to take down your negative review – if this happens to you then at least wait til you see the refunded monies hit your account – the refund email is nonsense. Have contacted customer care but no reply… Speedy delivery and great product and service. These people should be ashamed taking money from a young child who had worked hard to earn it and save it up. 10 days passed and still I had not been refunded.

Trying to slam a company that is doing their best over such a terrible period is very upsetting.Called the customer who refused to talk to us so we are unable to help her. You are entitled to your opinion on us but please in future only write reviews with facts involved. Multiple customers complaining of very long wait times or no order at all.

An amazing company
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. Quick and efficient order process / delivery (although I did make sure I ordered the device whilst it was in stock). I paid extra for shipping, only to end up waiting longer than someone who went with the cheaper option. I recently purchased a Flipper Zero, opting for the more expensive shipping option in hopes that it would arrive faster. They took my money, and have been playing games with myself and many others for two weeks now.

Ordered an item a month ago, still not received …. The company refunded me without any explanation at all. Reading other reviews it would appear that you’ll get a line about the portal being down, or Shopify being slow.I’d suggest reviewing your business practices.
Sounds like the company doesn’t care about other people’s time, and is likely severely understaffed if they have to operate this way. Making people wait 20 days for a replacement if it’s lost or damaged during shipping is terrible. I haven’t experienced worse customer service that I can recall.
I love the pillows I got, they are gorgeous and great quality. Love this shop, Ellissa has great items and is super responsive. My order didn’t arrive quite right, but Ellissa made sure that I was sent my missing product and to keep the incorrect items. We are so happy you love your dresses!
The company have blamed me, posting from France and on here COVID to customers too. I would take all unverified reviews with a pinch of salt. Nearly 1 month later im still waiting for the top that was ordered and have emailed again but https://www.ringospin-casino.org/ received no reply yet. Emailed for an update and received a snippy reply from someone basically saying that they were dealing with my order and i had contacted them too early and i no right to be asking for an update yet. I am very impressed with the product, at a very competitive price, it does state delivered within 14 working days, so order in good time if it’s for a special occasion.
